Wow Suzanne those look great - you'll have to tell me how you did it and whether it was hard! Yum...

Mmm... that curried carrot dip looks divine. Way to go on your first DB challenge :) Can't wait to see what you bake up next month!

Those look really good.

Congratulations on completing your first DB Challenge! Great job on your crackers and the curried carrots sounds like a very nice dip.

Great looking crackers. I was going to make a curried carrot dip and just never got around to picking the carrots up from the store. Yours looks and sounds good. Welcome to the Daring Bakers!

Welcome to Daring Bakers!! This month was a great one since there were no major substitutions... but usually that's just part of the fun. You lavash looks great! I struggled with how long too keep them in the oven, my outside crackers were a little burnt, but the insides were good. Guess you just can't win...

Your rolling is so perfect...I'm a bit embarassed by mine. They look fabulous and curried carrots sounds yum! Cheers on your first challenge.

Welcome to the DBs! Your crackers and dip look great! Maybe rolling the crackers out a bit more would have made them more crunch, I had a few 'softer' ones and that's my reason. The dip looks yummy!
