A Beautiful Scarf

I recently received my scarf from my International Scarf Exchange partner, Wanda. I *love* this scarf. It's a triangular scarf in an absolutely luscious yarn.  It's a variegated autumnal color way that will look so nice draped around my shoulders.  Oh and the eyelet edging is a really beautiful.

Wanda also sent me some oolong tea and an extra dark chocolate bar with cranberries and macadamia nuts (of which I enjoyed half of today - YUM). Let me describe that with each bite there were chewy cranberries and crunchy nuts - a very nice afternoon treat!

I'll ask Grant to take a picture of me wearing my new scarf and post it soon. Thank you so much Wanda, I look forward to wearing my new scarf all season!

So many gifts

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to my tea, scarf and one skien swap pals. I received 3 packages this weekend and it was such a lovely surprise.   When I get back today I hope to show pictures and give a proper thank you, but I didn't want to start the day without a quick shout-out.  You all made this weekend and me feel pretty special!  More to come...
