It's What's for Dinner



I had a yummy dinner tonight using some of the greens of got in last weeks CSA bag.  I sauteed some kale and lambquarters (very quickly) with some onions and garlic. I also made the dish, Mums Bean and Cheese Casserole from How it All Vegan. Both were quite tasty and I happily have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.

Also, I just returned from hearing our church choir perform in a concert, singing all their favorite songs.  It was incredible and a wonderful mix of contemporary, spiritual, African music.  If you ever want to hear amazing music on a Sunday before brunch, check out All Souls Church in DC...you won't be disappointed.

Lastly, my nephew Chris and niece Erin, both graduated from high school today...congratulations!
